South Florida Bus
The South Florida Bus departs and arrives at the beginning and end of each session at the following location:
The Jewish Center (Hollywood) – 3391 Griffin Rd, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33312
(There will only be ONE location for the South Florida Bus)
Bus Schedule 1st Session:
Departure: June 23rd at 11:30 AM (Drop off begins at 11:00 AM)
Return: July 20th at 3:15 PM
Bus Schedule 2nd Session:
Departure: July 20th at 11:30 AM (Drop off begins at 11:00 AM)
Return: August 10th at 3:15 PM
📝 Procedure at the Bus Stop:
– Campers must check in by showing their camp entry pass.
– Luggage will be loaded by camp baggage handlers only – please do not assist.
– Only travel-worthy luggage (suitcases or duffel bags) will be accepted.
– Each child is allowed a maximum of two bags.
– Pre-packed plastic drawers will not be accepted.
– Cases of water will not be accepted. The canteen sells cases of water, soup, and other essentials.
– Refrigerators, plastic storage containers, and drawers will not be accepted on the bus and should not be sent to camp.
❗PLEASE NOTE:
– Bus fees are not refundable.
– Buses will not wait for latecomers.
– Bus seats must be booked in advance.
– A separate form must be completed for each child.
– Please be on time for pickup. We will not have staff available to wait with your child.
– Please bring snacks for the ride to camp — lunch will not be served.
– Arrive 30 minutes before the departure time.
– Each bus will have chaperones.
